Energetic Lakshita Post graduate Diploma in Yogic Sciences from University of Patanjali, Haridwar Additionally, she has done courses on Yogasana and Pranayama. Her interest lies in traveling, learning new skills, and training people in yogic life. She is a specialist in Hatha & Ashtanga style. Also she is deeply passionate about the Breathing practices.
Yogita Rawat
Yogita has completed the foundation course and diploma in yoga science from MDNIY & Masters Degree in yoga science from Jain Vishva Bharati University. She has cleared YCB level 3 exam.
Laxmi Chauhan
Multitalented Laxmi has completed a regular diploma course from MINISTRY OF AYUSH. Her speciality is YOGA NIDRA relaxing session.She has experience of working in government hospitals with Health care workers and Corona positive patients From AYUSH Ministry. She is also pursuing her Master's Degree in yoga therapy.
